What we collect

• Your name, username, email and a securely hashed password, to run your account.
• Your questionnaire answers, including any health conditions you choose to share, to build your plan.
• Food you log and weights you check in.
• Basic device and network information (device type, browser, IP address and approximate city), to prevent abuse of the free plan and to detect account sharing.
• How you use the site (pages visited, sign-ups and purchases), through analytics cookies, to understand what works and improve the site.

Who we share it with

Resend (account emails such as password resets), our payment processors Stripe and BuyGoods (they receive your checkout details when you buy; we never see or store your full card number), Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics (site usage measurement), and our hosting and database providers. Your health answers and food logs are never sent to analytics or advertising services. We don’t sell your data.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data or delete your account. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
